To celebrate British Science Week, we had a day of science-based fun! 

'Prof' from Fun Science Cheltenham visited the school with boxes of mystery materials and potions. Once the children were sat down, they were treated to a medley of explosions, fire and magical colour-changing. 

Not only were they able to watch amazing science in action, they also had workshops which allowed them to take part in several experiments, all of which supported their understanding whilst bringing a huge amount of fun and excitement. 

We have no doubt that many children were inspired by what they saw and will be asking parents where they keep the food colouring so that they can do some experiments of their own!
