Admissions
Cam Everlands Primary School is a Local Authority maintained primary school. This means our funding comes from our local authority, Gloucestershire.
We are a single-form-entry school which means we have 1 class for each year group. Our Published Admissions Number (PAN) is 30 per year.
We have adopted the local authority's admission policy and follow their protocols. The policy can be found below or in the Policy section of the website. A hyperlink to the Gloucestershire County Council School Admission Protocols site is also below.
Admission arrangements for children with an Education Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
In line with the Gloucestershire County Council Admission protocols, children who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) are placed in schools through the arrangements set out in the SEN Code of Practice and not through any admission criteria. Governing bodies are required by Section 324 of the Education Act 1996 to admit a child with an EHCP that names the school, even if the school is full. Parents of children with an EHCP should contact their child’s casework officer for any further information.
