The school is proud of the achievement and progress of all our children. Over the past 18 months, the school has made significant improvements in the quality of teaching and learning and this is having a noticeable impact on the progress and standards on reading, writing and maths.
Phonics in Year 1:
Pupils reaching the levels expected for passing the statutory assessment for Phonics in Year 1 for this year was above last year's scores and above the national average.
Key Stage 1:
The percentage of pupils achieving the expected achievement for Year 2 was below the national expectations. However, the progress these children made was considerably better than expected.
Key Stage 2:
The school is extremely pleased with the Key Stage 2 results from bith the academic years 2013/14 and 2014/15. Our Year 6 pupils make good progress through their junior years, most notably in reading.
