Year 5 had a great time exploring “The Village” at Skillzone with the very knowledgeable helpers.  We learnt how to spot dangers in the kitchen, the shop and on the bus.  We discussed ideas of what we could do and acted out our various options to see if they were viable. 

We came away with a much better understanding of how to stay safe and will be able to use these skills as we continue to become more independent and self-sufficient.

We even had time for a picnic on the field before coming back to school!
