Our school council, elected by their class peers at the beginning of the year, meet on an alternate Wednesday afternoon with Mrs Brunet-Lua. At each meeting, they discuss ideas brought to them by children in their class and work on different projects together.

Year 1: Amelia and Freya W.

Our annual collection for GL11 foodbank is running until Wednesday 15th November. Please bring into school an item or two from the list below. We will then deliver the collection to GL11, learn about how the foodbank is organised there and explain it to the whole school in assembly. The local foodbank provides valuable support in our community.

2022-2023:

Very busy year for school council that included foodbank collection and delivery for Harvest, hot chocolate and rocky road making and selling fundraisers, Christmas Jumper Sale, meeting with Leza from Caterlink, organising Fruit Friday with the support of Mrs Coombs and Eastington Farm Shop ... to end with buying cushions and blankets for the SNUG with the money raised through the year! :-)
