My name is Sally Latuszka and I am your Parent Support Advisor. I am here to support you and your child.

You can find me in the playground before school on most mornings. You can also see me during the school day by making an appointment through the school office.  You are, of course, always welcome to approach the class teachers, however listed below are some of the ways we can offer support.

• Listening to any concerns or worries you may have. No matter how big or small, I am here to offer you confidential, non-judgemental support in school and/or signposting you to any other appropriate information or services to support your family.

   

• Working with other agencies. Our school work closely with outside agencies including; School Nurse, Health Visitors, Speech and Language Therapists, Community Nursery Nurse, Early Help Co-ordinators, Young Carers and the Primary Mental Health Team to ensure we can provide you and your child with the best possible outcomes. 

• Parenting groups. I can offer support on behaviour management on a 1-1 basis or through our relaxed and friendly parenting workshops. The parenting groups promote the principles of Dr Carolyn Webster-Stratton. The programme is based on 25 years of research with thousands of families. There is a new topic for each session which is all relevant to help with problem behaviour. Please contact us for future dates and any questions.
