Vision

At Cam Everlands, we strive to be an inspiring, aspirational and exciting place to learn which is innovative and forward thinking whilst retaining traditional school values.  We strive to create an inclusive, welcoming environment and develop a community of children, parents and staff who work together effectively so that everyone can achieve.

Aims

Our school motto ‘We Believe, Achieve and Celebrate’ encompasses the aims we have for our children.

We want our children:

To have respect for others and themselves.  To behave with honesty and empathy towards others. To have an awareness of local and global matters. To go beyond thinking and voicing their ideas, to develop a desire to make respectful and responsible contribution to their local and global community.

‘Believe’

To aim high and aspire to achieve.  To develop their creativity and resourcefulness, courage and resilience, as well as pride and an attitude, which will help them, learn today and in the future.

‘Achieve’

To enjoy their childhood. To feel safe, secure and valued. To be able to make well informed and independent decisions that ensure they develop physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual wellbeing. To be naturally motivated to learn and find enjoyment within the discovery, inquiry and gaining of new life skills, knowledge and real understanding. 

‘Celebrate’

We want children to be celebrated and celebrate others for their passions, talents, diversity and personal success. To be recognised and recognise others for their personal achievements, which build self-esteem and confidence to further achieve in future.
